This event is held at the Library Mall at the end of State Street in Madison, WI on:
Saturday October 5, 2019 - 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Sunday October 6, 2019 - 12:00 p.m. to 4:20 pm
FIRST AMENDMENT VENDOR RULES AND CONTRACT
Space to be rented is 10' x 10'
There will be electrical outlets available
non-profit and first amendment vendors: $150 for a 10x10 vending spot for both days. Applies to charitable organizations that can provide the GMMHF with their tax-exempt status through the State of Wisconsin, or under section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code.
Other businesses and vendors: $250 for a 10x10 vending spot for both days. For a 20x10 spot please add $200. Applies to all vendors that are not considered charitable organizations. Must provide their State of WI seller's permit# (unless they are out-of-state, in which case they must provide us with their seller's permit# from the state they are based in.)
A $50 deposit is required along with the application, and the rest of the vending fee
is to be paid no later then the day of the event.

This means that all Vendors must remove and properly dispose of all rubbish, trash and
materials. There are trash cans, we also encourage less packaging.
You may secure a space with a down payment per space. First come, first served. No
can be guaranteed; however, we will attempt to place you next to a vendor that sells
products than yours.
Vendors must check in first before setting up at the event and full payment must be

The Harvest Fest 2019 Committee reserves the right to prohibit and remove the exhibit
sale of items that are not in keeping with the nature of the event and which offend the
standards of the community or are found to be causing a nuisance or disturbance by selling
at the Festival. Similarly, no unethical or unlawful practice will be tolerated. All
companies or organizations renting booth/concession space do so as independent contractors
not as employees or agents of the Festival or its management herein, and as such assume all
for withholding taxes, Social Security, State taxes, Public liability and Worker's
Insurance and also assume responsibility for insurance coverage to, from and during the
