FIRST AMENDMENT VENDOR RULES AND CONTRACT
This agreement is between Harvest Fest 2019, and

hereafter known as “vendor”. It is agreed that the Vendor will pay Harvest Fest 2019 a $250.00 per space fee. A $50 deposit is required along with the application, and the rest of the vending fee ($200) is to be paid no later than the day of the event. Please fill out the following information. We will send you a copy once payment is recieved.
